We understand that things happen. We accept returns received within 30 days of original purchase unless otherwise noted. Items must be returned unused, undamaged and unopened in their original product packaging for a full refund back to the original form of payment. For products that have been used, a refund will be issued as store credit. The original shipping charge, if any, is not refundable.

Allergic reactions must be reported to our store within 72 hours by calling 602.955.2354.

Please notify us via email if you will be exchanging a product you have purchased online at info@citrinebeautybar.com. List your invoice number and reasons for the exchange. Customer is responsible for return shipping cost. Once merchandise has arrived back to us and has been inspected, the refund will then be issued.

During promotional offers all sales are final.
